The program is structured as a three-organization partnership: Anthropic funds and leads strategy, CodePath (America's largest provider of collegiate computer science education) acts as employer of record and leads training, and Social Finance leads measurement and evaluation.

First-cohort applications close July 17, 2026, with placements beginning October 2026. Two subsequent cohorts launch in January 2027 and August 2027.

Host organizations named in the announcement include Braven, Code the Dream, Heartland Forward, Montgomery County Food Bank, Team Red White & Blue, StriveTogether, the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, and Goodwill Industries International.
